What is the Founding Partner Programme?
What is an action?
An action is the unified unit of consumption for data moving through OneHazel. One action is consumed for each of the following:
- An API request that flows through the OneHazel unified API to a connected vendor
- A workflow execution step
Responses, webhooks, and health checks are excluded.
What is an AI action?
An AI action is consumed each time an AI agent performs a discrete task on your behalf. Actions fall into four categories:
- Connector lifecycle
Discovering a vendor API, generating integration code, running a test suite, detecting an API change, or self-healing a broken connection.
- Private connection monitoring
AI agents run daily sweeps on your private vendor connections. If a change is detected and remediation is needed, that counts as an additional action. Each private connection typically uses 30 to 90 actions per month depending on the vendor's API volatility.
- In-workflow AI actions
Calling an AI action within a workflow for data manipulation, inference, or content creation counts as one action per call.
- AI co-pilots
Each message sent to the AI Workflow Builder or the Analytics Dashboard co-pilot counts as one action.
In short: if an AI agent thinks, builds, analyses, or responds on your behalf, that is one AI action. Standard actions flowing through the unified API to vendors are metered separately.
