FOR PLATFORM PROVIDERS

Give every operator in your network the integration advantage

You run the platform. We connect it to the world. OneHazel gives every operator you serve instant access to hundreds of vendor integrations, with zero engineering overhead on your side.

The Platform Provider programme is in early development.

We launched our operator programme in April 2026 and are actively shaping the platform provider experience with our first partners. If you want to help define what this looks like, we want to talk to you.

THE PROBLEM

Your operators need integrations. You should not be building them.

Every operator wants something different

Operator A needs fraud detection from Vendor X. Operator B wants analytics from Vendor Y. Operator C needs both, plus a compliance tool you have never heard of. Multiply that across your entire portfolio and integration requests become your biggest engineering bottleneck.

Custom integrations do not scale

Building one-off integrations for individual operators is expensive, slow, and creates a maintenance burden that grows with every new connection. Your engineering team should be building your platform, not maintaining API plumbing.

Vendor fragmentation is getting worse

The number of specialised AI and data vendors in every vertical is exploding. Your operators expect you to keep pace. Without a scalable integration strategy, you lose operators to platforms that connect to the tools they need.

THE SOLUTION

One partnership. Every integration. Every operator.

OneHazel provides the integration layer for your operator network. Your operators get access to the full vendor marketplace without you writing a single line of integration code.

FOR YOUR PLATFORM

What you get

API-first integration layer

OneHazel provides the integration engine for your operator network via API. Manage your operators' access to the vendor marketplace centrally. White-label embedding is on our roadmap. Today, operators access the marketplace through the OneHazel platform with accounts provisioned via your API.

Zero integration engineering

Our AI agents build, test, and maintain every connector. When a vendor updates their API, we detect it and patch automatically. Your engineering team stays focused on your core platform.

Volume-based pricing

One agreement covers your entire operator network. Pricing scales with your portfolio. The more operators you bring, the lower the per-operator cost. No per-seat fees, no per-operator subscriptions to manage.

Centralised control

Manage your operator network through the OneHazel API. Provision accounts, control access, and monitor usage programmatically. A dedicated platform provider dashboard with centralised billing, per-operator limits, and network-wide health monitoring is on our roadmap.

Multi-tenant architecture

Each operator gets their own isolated workspace with independent vendor connections, usage tracking, and access controls. Full data isolation between operators with AES-256-GCM encryption.

Dedicated partnership

A dedicated account manager, joint roadmap planning, priority onboarding for your operator network, and custom connector development for vendors specific to your portfolio. We are onboarding our first platform provider partners now. Early partners get direct access to the founding team and influence over the product roadmap.

FOR YOUR OPERATORS

What your operators get

Instant access to the vendor ecosystem

Every operator on your platform gets immediate access to the full OneHazel marketplace, with hundreds of vendor integrations across fraud detection, compliance, analytics, responsible gaming, payment intelligence, and more. No waiting for your team to build a custom integration.

Connect in minutes, not months

Operators browse the marketplace, select the vendors they need, and activate connections through a guided setup. What used to take 3--6 months of custom development now takes minutes. They choose the tools, OneHazel handles the plumbing.

Always-on reliability

AI agents monitor every connection 24/7. When a vendor changes their API, self-healing agents detect the issue and patch the integration automatically. Operators get uninterrupted service without filing support tickets with your team.

Freedom to choose and switch

No vendor lock-in. Operators can test new tools, switch providers, or run multiple vendors side-by-side through the same unified API. They get the flexibility to build the stack that works for them, not the stack your platform had time to integrate.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

1

We scope your network

We work with your team to understand your operator portfolio and the vendor categories they need. We identify which connectors are already live on the marketplace and which need building. New connectors are built by our AI agents in days.

2

We connect to your platform

OneHazel connects to your infrastructure via API. Provision operator accounts programmatically, manage access centrally, and let your operators access the full vendor marketplace. White-label embedding is on our product roadmap.

3

Your operators go live

Provision your operators via API. Each gets their own isolated workspace. They can immediately browse the vendor marketplace, activate connections, and start flowing data.

4

We maintain everything

AI agents monitor every connection across every operator 24/7. Self-healing, change detection, and performance optimisation happen automatically. Your team gets a centralised dashboard to oversee the entire network.

USE CASES

Designed for platforms like yours

White-label platforms

You provide the platform, your clients run their operations on it. OneHazel lets you offer a full integration marketplace as part of your product, without building or maintaining a single connector. Differentiate your platform with vendor access your competitors cannot match.

Aggregation platforms

You sit between operators and vendors, managing relationships across the ecosystem. OneHazel automates the integration layer so you can onboard new vendors instantly and offer your operator network the widest possible selection without scaling your engineering team.

Managed services providers

You handle the technical operations for multiple operators. OneHazel eliminates the integration maintenance burden. No more patching broken APIs, no more custom builds for each operator's vendor requests. Self-healing agents do the work, you get the credit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who qualifies as a platform provider?

Any company that serves multiple operators through a shared platform: white-label solutions, aggregation platforms, managed services providers, or any business where multiple end-clients operate on your infrastructure.

How is this different from an Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan is for a single organisation managing their own integrations. The Platform Provider programme is for companies that serve a network of operators and want to offer integration capabilities across that entire network under one agreement with centralised billing and multi-tenant architecture.

Do my operators need their own OneHazel accounts?

No. Operators access the integration marketplace through your platform. Each operator gets an isolated workspace, but everything is managed under your platform provider agreement. No separate subscriptions, no separate billing.

Can I white-label the marketplace?

White-label embedding is on our product roadmap. Today, operators access the OneHazel marketplace through the platform directly, with accounts provisioned and managed via your API. Contact us to discuss your requirements and timeline.

How does pricing work?

Platform provider pricing is volume-based and tailored to your network size. One agreement covers all operators. The more operators you bring, the lower the per-operator cost. Contact our platform team for a proposal.

How long does deployment take?

Operator accounts can be provisioned via API in minutes. The timeline for your overall deployment depends on how many vendor connectors your operators need. Existing marketplace connectors are available immediately, and new connectors are built by our AI agents in ~10 minutes. We are still in early access for platform provider partnerships, so we will work closely with you to shape the experience.

What happens when I add new operators?

New operators are provisioned instantly through the API or your platform dashboard. They immediately get access to the full vendor marketplace with their own isolated workspace. No additional setup from OneHazel's side.

Can my operators request specific vendors?

Yes. Operators can request any vendor not yet on the marketplace. Our AI agent pipeline builds new connectors in minutes, not weeks. The connector is reviewed, tested, and added to the marketplace for immediate activation. This is included in the platform provider agreement.

Ready to give your operators the integration advantage?

One partnership. Every vendor. Every operator in your network.
