About OneHazel

We're making integration disappear.

OneHazel is built by Elevate AI, a venture studio in Malta. We believe connecting software should take minutes, not quarters, so we built a platform where autonomous AI agents do the integration work for you.

01Our story

Every operator we met was drowning in the same problem: integration debt. Months of custom work for each vendor, brittle connections that broke the moment an API changed, and a backlog that never shrank. We saw that the work was repetitive enough for AI agents to do well, and important enough that it had to be done right.

So we built a swarm of agents that takes a vendor's API spec and produces a tested, production-ready connector in around ten minutes, then monitors it and repairs it when the upstream API changes. iGaming is our launch vertical. Healthcare, construction, cannabis, life sciences and energy follow.

That's the whole reason OneHazel exists. So that companies spend their time innovating, not integrating.

02Why you can trust us

Why you can trust us with the middle of everything.

We show our work

We explain the process end to end, including the security gates every build passes through, and we would rather tell you where a gap is and when we are closing it than let you assume there isn't one.

Try it before you trust it

Start on the free tier and build against it for real. If a paid plan doesn't hold up once you're relying on it, we back it with a money-back guarantee. We'd rather earn your commitment than lock you into it.

A person checks the outcome

Every connector is validated against automated test suites, then checked by a person before it ships. That review runs alongside the build, not after it, so oversight never slows delivery down.

We would rather under-promise

We'd rather have a customer who ends up quietly amazed than one who was oversold. So we tell you plainly what works today and what doesn't yet, and let the platform make the rest of the case.

That's how OneHazel lets companies adopt AI with confidence, not caution. Nothing hidden, and a way to check for yourself at every step.

04The team

Operators and technologists, not outsiders.

The agents do the building. Behind them is a team that has spent its careers inside iGaming, financial services, AML, risk and enterprise technology, not reading about them.

Leadership

Keith Zammit

Keith Zammit

CEO & Founder

LinkedIn

Keith spent fifteen years inside iGaming before turning to AI to help studios build games faster, and kept hitting the same wall: the game was rarely the hard part, getting it live inside an operator's platform was. When a stalled integration came down to one question, could AI agents just build it, he already knew the answer was yes. He built OneHazel to prove it, on purpose, on the unglamorous work: connectors are either right or wrong against the spec, provably, which is exactly the kind of problem AI should be trusted with.

“The flashy AI gets the headlines. The boring AI, the kind doing the real work behind the scenes, is where the value actually sits.”

Christian Harms

Chief Operating Officer

Christian spent four and a half years working his way to COO at Solar Operations Ltd, part of the Gauselmann / Merkur.com AG group, and fifteen years before that in sales and account management across e-commerce, crypto payments, SEO and financial advisory in Germany, Ireland and Malta. The integration bottleneck was the one constant: new vendors taking too long and costing too much to connect, on a platform that was never built for anything beyond its original purpose.

“I didn't learn about the integration bottleneck, I ran an operation crushed by it for years. I'm not theorising about what AI agents should automate. I know exactly where the time and money went, because I watched it go there.”

Ella Beaumont

Ella Beaumont

Chief Product Officer

LinkedIn

Ella built products across other industries before iGaming, working closely with development teams the whole way, and kept watching the same pattern repeat. New functionality would land and the team would end up reworking an existing integration to make room for it, or a vendor switch for something business-critical, like accounting, would balloon into a project of its own just to get two systems talking. Either way, it always ended the same way. The roadmap's best ideas paused so the team could handle it. She didn't arrive in iGaming assuming that was normal. She arrived refusing to accept it, and built OneHazel so development teams get their time back, and the exciting work stops losing to the maintenance work.

“What I love about product is creating something that reduces at least one of the headaches people would normally carry, so they can get to the goal they actually want.”
