Every operator we met was drowning in the same problem: integration debt. Keith spent fifteen years inside iGaming before turning to AI to help studios build games faster, and kept hitting the same wall: the game was rarely the hard part, getting it live inside an operator's platform was. When a stalled integration came down to one question, could AI agents just build it, he already knew the answer was yes. He built OneHazel to prove it, on purpose, on the unglamorous work: connectors are either right or wrong against the spec, provably, which is exactly the kind of problem AI should be trusted with.

Christian spent four and a half years working his way to COO at Solar Operations Ltd, part of the Gauselmann / Merkur.com AG group, and fifteen years before that in sales and account management across e-commerce, crypto payments, SEO and financial advisory in Germany, Ireland and Malta. The integration bottleneck was the one constant: new vendors taking too long and costing too much to connect, on a platform that was never built for anything beyond its original purpose.

Ella built products across other industries before iGaming, working closely with development teams the whole way, and kept watching the same pattern repeat.
